Dr. Brian Meyerberg, a native of Staten Island, New York, graduated Wagner College with a B.S. in Physics and a double minor in Biology and Math. After working as an electrical-mechanical engineer, he decided to return to school and pursue the field of podiatric medicine, at which time he enrolled in New York College of Podiatric Medicine, graduating in 1991. Following his residency at the VA hospital in Richmond, Virginia, he opened his first practice in Brooklyn, New York, and became Board Certified in Podiatric Orthopedics. Upon moving to Toms River, New Jersey, he opened up a podiatry practice in Whiting, New Jersey, and followed with practices in Manahawkin, New Jersey, and Toms River, New Jersey. Dr. Meyerberg, who currently resides in Toms River, has been married to his wife, Nikki, a high school English teacher, for 28 years and has two college-aged sons. In his spare time, Dr. Meyerberg enjoys spending time with his family, photography, and movies.
